We perform ASME and NBIC repairs and alterations all year long. Our Authorized Inspection Agency is Hartford Steam Boiler Global Solutions. We will send the plant the entire copy  of our code job files instead just the R-1. We can send it electronically or as a paper file.

One of alterations we have done several times is to change the superheater drain valves and the before and after seat drain valves from F91 material to F22 material. We do this alteration because of the price and availability of the F91 valve compared to the F22 valve. Fucich LLC foes its own code calculations to prove that going from schedule 160 P91 piping to schedule XXS P22 piping will handle the pressure at that temperature.
