Attaching your resume is optional. However, it often provides us with more information that further shows your credentials. Be sure to list all skills/crafts and certifications on one single document. Example of crafts: Field Supervisor, Structural Welder, Carbon Pipe Welder, Stainless Pipe Welder, Combination Pipe Welder, Rigger, Pipe Fitter, Boilermaker, Driver, Helper, etc. Please list all crafts that apply to you. We have tests to verify each craft and/or requirements that must be met to qualify for each craft. All welders MUST pass x-ray in order to be classified as a welder for Fucich LLC. For this reason, please do not put Carbon Pipe Welder a craft if you are not confident you can pass x-ray on a Carbon Pipe test. Example of certifications: OSHA 10, OSHA 30, TWIC, CDL, etc. Please list all certifications you acquire.

I understand that any information provided by me that is found to be untrue, incomplete or misrepresented in any respect, will be sufficient cause to cancel further consideration of this application, or immediately discharge me from the employer’s service whenever it is discovered.
