Heavy Wall Valve Fabrication

Fucich LLC can fabricate heavy wall P-91 valve assemblies in our shop and install them in the field.

We can cut & machine the pipe sections, preheat & post weld heat treat using Fucich LLC heat treat techs, perform X-ray or PAUT before and after the heat treat, transport the assembly to the plant site and replace the existing valve assembly.

Fit-ups are inspected by our Authorized Inspector before being preheated and welded.

Fucich LLC welders at work. We either use coated tig wire for the root pass so we don’t have to purge or we use a backing ring if the Plant approves it.

Fabricated valve assembly loaded to deliver. Our drivers will deliver the fabricated valve assembly to the plant site.

New valve assembly being flown in. Fucich LLC has employees that have been trained as per OSHA Rigger 1 and Rigger 2 training as well as signalman training.
