Fucich LLC does inside liner work in Heat Recovery Steam Generators frequently. We re-lined the round exhaust duct in two units during the spring of 2017. We stripped out all of the existing liner, washers, pins and insulation and installed all new from the flex seal to the inlet expansion joint. We used our own personnel to erect scaffold, insulate, install liner plate and weld pins and washers.

We worked two 12 hour shifts for eight days per unit from start to finish.
